Someone, please tell me how Congress is allowing Biden to be a dictator? The president does not have the authority to stop the Keystone pipeline. An executive order is NOT a law. As the commander in chief Biden can stop the wall progress because Trump used a national emergency to build it. Biden suspended the emergency. He can do that. But wy are they giving him the power to stop the pipeline? That is not constitutional. Executive orders can be used to control departments but I don't see how he can cancel a contract. We're supposed to have a president, not a tyrant or dictator. Article II.
