The PCR test is under Emergency Use Authorization (just like the Covid vaccines). This was talked about on a recent health talk by attorney Mary Holland of Children’s Health Defense. Anything approved for Emergency Use Authorization, by Federal Law, HAS to be voluntary. No state or employer can override this because Federal Law takes precedence. People don’t know their rights so they aren’t pushing back. The PCR test can’t even tell if a person has an active infection. It’s not meant to be used for diagnosis.
