Tell me, Chuckie. What does this bridge have to do with COVID relief? Aren't bridge and highway projects appropriated for in transportation funding bills? Aren't those bills handled through the NORMAL budgetary process? And since "COVID relief" isn't a NORMAL BUDGETARY PROCESS, how are you and your communist friends in the house getting away with using reconciliation to pass the "relief" package, which ISN'T a relief package, but yet ANOTHER leftist slush fund?
