My rule of thumb is, if what I see or hear has the frequency of fear, I completely disregard it. Whatever you put out has an intention to it and I’m not receiving any one else’s fear. Because He (God) has not given me a spirit of fear, but power love and a sound mind. There is no fear in love. Guard your heart for it is the wellspring of life!
