The only thing that they are doing at the banks is doing the final contracts.
They are doing those conversions now, once they finish with that, everything will push forward. Soo all I am doing is waiting for the bond traders and pay masters. Everything else is just the small stuff. All I am doing with every group is making sure that they have made their decisions with the first 90 days.
