Does anyone find it strange that congress is not in session the entire month of dec. In fact the Dec calendar has been removed. Usually calendar is posted with notations of days in and out of session. I find it odd that the USA runs out of money on dec 3rd and congress has nothing on the schedule to negotiate raising the debt celing. Hopefully all are Gitmo so it wasnt necessary to create a dec calendar.
