I am saddened to say my little dog Skitter passed away this morning. He's been sick all week, medications didn't help, blood worked showed nothing, his diabetes was in check, they did xrays this morning and found cancer in his abdomen that had spread to his lungs. I wanted another day with him but the vet said he would not have lasted the day but said I could take him for one last walk in his buggy on our usual route but I decided to carry him in my arms instead. We never completed that walk, he died wrapped in his blanket in my arms at 11: 06 (17) AM this morning Feb 17 2022. He was 8 1/2 years old. R.I.P. Baby Dog, you're with Baxter Cat now and in no more pain. See You Both soon ๐
