Well, I had Bees. But the deep super was apparently full of honey too and I didn't know and really hurt my back! I was out of commission for a couple Months! I was able to extract 25 pounds from the shallow honey super...but never got to the deep. By the time I was able to, (actually still shouldn't have) they had pretty much left and it was now full of Moths and SHB's. All went into the deep freeze for winter and now 4 traps are set out. Fingers Crossed I catch AT LEAST one :-) Should be any day now! Or in a week or two!
Below is a pic of the first swarm I caught... And 2 queen cells. I'm now wishing I cut them off and started a split! :-(
