Boycott ProtonMail (CIA Honeypot) - switch to local alternatives or fund some start-up-companies.
If you don't rely on proprietary Windows software, switch to Linux.
De-Google your Android. There are plenty of tutorials how to do that.
Switch to open-source-software in general, because YOU can control those. You can copy the source and modify it. But: Avoid plattforms like GitHub (bought by Micro$oft), search or create alternative plattforms.
