"Let me tell you 'bout my Jesus" has been playing through my mind for the past two days so time to be transparent and share what's on my heart.
Have you ever felt as if you're in a "dry spell"? Have you ever felt like you're out here all alone and you just don't fit in? THIS is where I have been lately. Lots going on and darts coming in from all directions. The evil one knows his time is short so he is going to try to cause as much suffering as possible for everyone. Lately, I find myself pushing into God's inspired word.....LITERALLY pushing as it feels difficult to do so. THIS is what the evil one wants. We need to fight that feeling and NOT let the strongholds grasp on, with the intent of never letting go. We need to break the chains and the ONLY way to do this is pray and be fed.....armor up DAILY. We need to press into Him and absorb everything He has to share in His Holy Scriptures. It is, ONLY through Him, that we can overcome the darkness. Getting close to Him, and not relying on ANYONE else, is the ONLY way!!! Two nights ago, while in the word, I came upon this passage and it brought me to tears.......❤️Matthew 11:28-30......."Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." God bless you all and find joy in this beautiful day my sweet friends.
