Former Brazilian President Lula of Workers' Party DEFEATS incumbent President Bolsonaro to become President of Brazil after results of second round of general elections (https://t.me/IntelRepublic/7763) announced by Supreme Electoral Court, with 98.86 % of the votes counted, Lula won 50.83% while his competitor Bolsonaro won 49.17% of the votes.
