cloward & Piven..read it and think the only ones who would oppose this are those who have inheritance wealth or the expectation of inheritance wealth...but when you read about C&P there is barely a mention of countries below a certain parralel...the universal basic income idea has been around since 123bc....but in modern writings about it , Africa , Sth america's and places with a history of warlordism or dictator despots are not mentioned ...so fast forward to the US border..the English and western borders...and a huge hmmmm turns up..
