State of Alaska tried to shut me down as I get results in BAR courts of no jurisdiction (de facto) operating under colorable issues. This is a short clip of the whole which lasted 30 minutes. My buddy William Wagner is my host. The Federal Question I gave Rocked the Casaba and you'd have to listen to the whole approach but take my word it was priceless. After three years of status hearing after another the DA called to talk about things... today my case was dropped and expunged from the record. One document did it as I made sure it was admissible as evidence.
