Welcome, everyone, to our page.
The goal of the Talmidim is to not only walk as the Teacher walked, but to become as the Teacher became in every way. It is a journey to a destination - Natsarim.
The Natsarim are those Watchmen on the Wall who warn us of the Adversary's approach and guide us to Spiritual Victory in the Lord.
The word Talmid (plural Talmidim) comes from the root word meaning student, learners and imitators of the Master, Yeshuah, HaMashiac Nagid, called Jesus Christ.
This page is not designed to tickle your ears and make you feel good; although we do hope you'll feel good about visiting our page and our goal is to empower and uplift.
We're here to challenge you!
We will challenge your 'Christian' beliefs with Scriptural Truth.
We will challenge your 'Judaic' beliefs with Scriptural Truth.
We will use the WHOLE BOOK as well as many Hebraic words and Hebraic axioms.
Like this . . .
-Psalm 19:7-11 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.
-2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
But don't take our word for it. Scripture tells us to check and inspect every teaching and teacher.
Isaiah 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
Acts 17:11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
We encourage discussion and even argument with the posters, but please, let those arguments be based on Scripture, as it is written, rather than as we would like it to be; lest we become "Clouds without Water." Jude 1:12
