The theatre continues, as Trump takes the oath of office without placing his hand upon the Bible

For the MAGA people who claim, “he had already sworn in” or “he only has to swear on the Bible once,” here are pictures of both Bush and Obama (two term presidents) swearing in with their hand upon the Bible at each of their separate inaugurations

Some are even saying he did the “right thing” by not placing his hand on the Bible

That is partly true, but here’s the thing: as Christians (which Trump claims to be [however he is actually an orthodox Jew]), we are not supposed to take any oaths at all
