People who were hit hard after the too big to fail bailouts due to their own personal reckless financial mismanagement? Getting loans without jobs, with jobs that can't pay, or no job at all and WE'RE ALL the ones who are supposed to bail out them too, on top of the banks? This is Obama's Robin Hood effect---he single handedly destroyed the hard working middle class. This HHS program was paying for peoples mortgages, paying down the principle or helping people refigure their debt so that entire neighborhoods would be stabilized after the housing debacle during the Bill Clinton administration with retard Andrew Cuomo the head of HUD, HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT giving loans to people who couldn't afford to pay back and the loans themselves were balloon mortgages where the interest rate would double and triple over time. I think all of this was done deliberately to destroy the middle class. For Obama to do everything he could to redistribute the wealth and screw the hard working, every day, run of the mill, white middle class American.
