So when you can score items cheap, grab them! Dry can them! This is what I did the other night. I start my oven at 170 put jars in (filled jars) before the oven is at that temp, so the jars can move with the heat. Once at 170 I move the temp. to 210 the 1.9L jars I keep in oven for 1 hour 40 mins. the smaller jars I took out at 45 mins. When you remove the jars, wipe lid rim with clean cloth. Put lid on and screw top! Tight!! it will POP just like canning! Then I label everything with directions/ Label box with what's in it! and store! This helps prolong your food life Massively! I hope something I post inspires you all to do some food storing.
