Most of the day I am using my intuition to sense if there is anything clear out of the Divine Path/Plan of The President of the USA.
I then clear whatever is in the way (always other dimensional stuff).

In my experience of healing myself inner shamanism, you don't have a chance of healing yourself if you don't engage with your I AM Self on multiple levels (this needs a mentor or an extremely extensive book - this book doesn't currently exist). How many people in the world could mentor this? I have found two, one of them is myself.
Bodywork was also crucial and allowing myself to FEEL everything but the I AM work is more powerful by a factor of 1000+ times than anything else.
A reminder that this cycle is circular but once you go thru it about 1111 times (guesstimate from my own journey) you can start to miss The Darkness (with the right tools). Or, at least, The Darkness becomes much lighter and so has little to no effect on you.
The right tools to process the darkness are incredibly important.
