Looks like they are testing out multiple Severe Alerts in various Minnesota metro cities. I got more last night than the previous 2. They also had entrances to freeway ramps closed in my neighborhood which is over 10 miles away. It might be they are getting ready for a bigger riot and protest over the fake murder of GF.
