I have a question. Has anyone else experienced just an overwhelming sadness and heaviness for all the misery death and suffering in life and the world. Not like there’s starving children in Africa but everyday people and the world. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life and I’ve been through some heavy stuff. I just carry it around with me and I try to spend time tending my plants playing with my dog and working my little job hanging out and whatnot but it sticks with me. It’s not depression but something else. I just opened up to the first person who said they have been feeling it too.

Went to a nutrition class. A woman there was saying she wished there were recipes for insects. It was in the instruction materials to eat more insects. I told my husband she’s clearly a democrat. Turns out she’s related to my son-in-law who has gotten all his boosters and gave me a lecture at Christmas on the wonders of statins.
I’m 62. Do I need to go ahead and apply for social security? I don’t even want to end up having to wait until late 60’s.
