I have reported on the communist for years, who have infiltrated our system on many levels and their ability to alter American's minds. They even tried to undermine patriotism with Graphene oxide/5G technology.
"Washington — A federal appeals court on Friday denied TikTok's bid to delay a law from taking effect that will ban the popular short-form video app next month if its Chinese parent company does not sell its stake.
"The petitioners rely upon their claims under the First Amendment to justify preliminarily enjoining the Act. As to those claims, this court has already unanimously concluded the Act satisfies the requirements of the First Amendment under heightened scrutiny," the order from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit said.
The law, which was passed by Congress in April as part of a foreign assistance package, gave TikTok nine months to sever ties with its parent company ByteDance or lose access to app stores and web-hosting services in the U.S. President Biden quickly signed the bill into law, which includes the possibility of a one-time 90-day delay granted by the president if a sale is in progress by then."
TikTok suffered another setback on Dec. 6 when the appeals court denied its bid to overturn the law, concluding that the U.S. government's national security concerns about the Chinese government's ability to use the app to spy on and covertly influence Americans were "compelling" and "well-founded." cbsnews.com/news/tiktok-ban-ap

I have decided to join TikTok the other day. After three days only, and posting only very positive and nice, harmless videos, I have seen Google sending out my Advertising ID, something I did not allow them in the settings when I set up the phone. Next thing I know is that TikTok was blocking me from accessing features and my entire phone, as well as the apps were hacked; fake Gmail addresses were added and I could not access any apps any longer. It was very clear to me that TikTok had something to do with the aggressive hacking on my phone. I also could not reset the phone since Samsung was blocking this feature.
I also could not send any longer videos or text messages on my phone, the Google messaging app was blocking it. I have no doubt that TikTok is undermined by the communists and they are hacking American accounts and stealing their identity. Identity theft is a huge problem in America, actually it is out of control. If you are using TikTok, I recommend using it on a separate phone without anything else. I have also noticed that people using the app turning against Trump and the videos as well as music showing up first, in regards to Trump on the app, are all negative. #tiktok #trump #trump2024
