He then used the military to threaten congress to dissolve the constitution, which they did, so he could become the permanent president. Though he was only in power for 3 years before a military junta took control.

Vatican experienced black out. DC Air Traffic has come to a stand still, all aircraft are currently grounded with 1 air craft that left DC, all other air traffic is being diverted around DC.
