On This Veteran's Day:
This was my loving Grandpa who helped raise us kids. He and Mim, lived just down the 'alley' from us in Ecorse as we were growing up. I spent countless hours by his side, bugging him and asking so many questions; that he Always patiently answered. I learned how to shoot, handle a hammer and skin a dear but mostly remember sitting on his lap watching Kate Smith sing our National Anthem.
