The version of the Lord's Prayer that Q posted comes from the Sermon on the Mount, which can be found in Matthew chapter 6. This version of the prayer is recited aloud during the Catholic mass. It differs from the Protestant version and is not found in this form in most Bibles. Q's post of 9/12 was in response to an announcement by Pope Francis the day before that he wanted a change in the wording “Do not lead us into temptation”. This is not a good translation because God does not lead people into sin. He suggested changing the text to “ Let us not be tempted.“ The Pope's decision was announced on December 8, 2017, 25 days after Q published the Catholic version of the Lord's Prayer. Did Q know weeks in advance that the Pope was considering changing the text? If so, how did he have access to this information?
Whatever the case, the Sons of Thunder considered this case to be something worth investigating. And they found what they were looking for.
