i DON'T KNOW IF THIS MEANS ANYTHING AT ALL, BUT YESTERDAY AND TODAY, OUR INTERNET WENT DOWN FOR SEVERAL HOURS, AND NOBODY AT OUR INTERNET COMPANY WOULD TALK TO ANYONE, BUT SAID "WE HAVE AN OUTAGE IN YOUR AREA, AND WILL TRY TO HAVE IT BACK UP BY 10.".....do you think they could be doing tests of some sort????
