I have a friend that works in a nursing / Rehab facility. She was told last night that the national guard was coming to do mandatory testing on all employees. she doesn't want to take the test..can they really fire her if she refuses?

waking up every morning to seeing this really pisses me off. in a few hours the blue sky will be totally covered. and no one seems to care.
