Got my religious exemption. I am glad they honored them. I was not sure they would. I almost never submitted it.. Glad my supervisor at work encouraged me to do it.
Well, I finally uploaded my religious exemption letter to my work accommodation site. Not sure if they will accept it but it was worth a shot..(pun intended)
Got the word from my job that those who are not fully vaccinated by December 8th, will have limited or no employment. The words used in our email. I work for Maximus Federal who has the CMS Medicare contract. Unless I can get a religious exemption, I am gone. Glad my husband paid of the house early about 5 years ago. Just hoping his employer will not require a vaccination in the future. I can't wait until it is over because my anxiety is popping up in the middle of the night and I am having a hard time getting back to sleep.
Well, got that email from work I was dreading. They have not said when but we have to get the vaccine, we cannot do ta test every week. The reason is that they are a contract with the Federal Govt. The contract is with CMS. I guess it is time for me to start preparing for my exit with them. There was a point when I was going to give in, but I have strengthened my resolve. I was getting tired of working there anyway.
