Any of you Brilliant Minds know anything about Ex Parte Milligan 1866? Does it have precedence during a declared national Emergency or declared state of war or AUMF?
Do any of you have knowledge about The Act of 1871? I've studied the hell out of it. But I can't find info on whether or not it has been repealed. I truly believe that is the "Shadow Government" Q often speaks of. Any info would be appreciated.

I've started to lose patience with the brainwashed Lefties. I used to try to get them to open their eyes, and think for themselves. But its obvious that they are too lazy to do that. I'm tired of rebutting their insults with humor. I just want my country back. The way our Founding Fathers had intended.
Am I the only one that is confused by the Flynn Pardon? I may be overthinking it. But a Presidential Pardon doesn't expunge your record. So is Flynn officially retired... Forever? Any insight or different angles would be greatly appreciated.
