The president of Nations in Action (NIA) had proof of the whistleblower who had committed the crime. He is also a member of the board of directors of SpA, an Italian multinational specializing in aerospace, defence and security with its headquarters in Rome. SpA is partly owned by the Italian government through the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the company's largest shareholder.

Involvement of CIA
Italian intelligence "has given us the interceptions, phone calls and shocking photographs of CIA agents involved in orchestrating them," Maria Zack said. Once their cover was blown, CIA agents and government officials in Italy began to panic. The heads of the Cyber-readiness program were immediately replaced. The actual person who had uploaded the data was arrested to secure him. The conspirators released a cover story in which they admitted they had been hacked, but for the purpose of investigating aircraft and their schedules.
