Its time for all of us to really go within and feel the moment.

Lets ask ourselves:

Where do i stand within myself right now?

How do i feel about myself?

Where am i going?

What choices do i have to make?

What choices do i not have to make?

Is it time to pause and reflect?

Or is it time to move forward?

Do i feel like i belong here, at the place where im at? - If not. Why am i here? What is the universe trying to show me? To reflect? To give? To forgive? To let go and move on? Everything is for a reason. Find that reason, find your mission. Meditate, write in a book or on a piece of paper. Go through emotions.

Where would i like to see myself?

What people do i want to surround myself with?

Am I fearing something? What is the fear trying to tell me? What is the fear based on? Is it relevant? Go deeper. Seek answers.

If afraid. We tell fear to step aside, and keep ask ourselves:

What is my intuition telling me right now?
Is there something I have to do?
Is there some place I have to be?
Or am I exactly where I need to be?

Changes are happening on earth and within ourselves as I am writing this. Are you feeling it?
For me, It feels like butterflies in my stomach. Something big is about to happen, very soon.

Fear is an illusion.
We will be exactly at the right place, at the right time. Always!
Be in the moment. Donโ€™t think to far ahead. Believe that you are safe, no matter what. You are not forgotten.

God is preparing us for the biggest century in lifetime. Be prepared - Connect with source.

What if all diseases are connected to the chakra system?
On what part of you body do you feel ill?
Usually there is a connection to a blocked chakra. - look up information about that chakra!

Everything external
comes from something internal.
As within so without.
The outside is a reflection of the inside.
Change that internal world,
and you change you external world.

Our mind is the most powerful tool.
What you believe, you manifest.

You can change your whole body.
Your whole lifestyle experience.

You are just a few thoughts away..

So please, seek your own power.
Go within.
Face your trauma.
Analyse your thought patterns.

You can change your whole reality and viewpoint
within a year
a month
a week
and even a day..!

But it takes strength and bravery,
to look back,
to see your own wound,
to feel them,
to forgive
to let go
and to move on.

Me myself have many examples
from my own life
that i would like to share with you.
one day
My own wounds.
Wounds that i have healed,
and wounds im still working on.
It is a journey..
We shouldnโ€™t be afraid to speak up about these things.
We are all wounded.
And as a result, it can lead to a destructive and negative mindset,
negative thoughts and behaviours that we subconsciously feel guilty and ashamed of,
Because of our parents, that learned from their parents that learned from theirs..
Because of society.
โ€If you behave this way, you are a bad personโ€.
โ€You canโ€™t do that. Shame on you!โ€.
โ€That is disgustingโ€.
โ€I hope you feel guilty for what you have done nowโ€.
โ€If you donโ€™t do this, i willโ€ฆโ€
A lot of guilt tripping and shaming from early age.
We learn from society whatโ€™s โ€goodโ€ and โ€badโ€. But is it THE truth?

Because of guilt and shame..
..We bury this side of ourselves deep within.

As a resultโ€ฆ When we see someone behave in a specific way that we see as negative,
we then project our inner emotions, that WOUND of guilt and shame on to THAT person,
because WE havenโ€™t accepted it within OURSELVES.. Because it is still buried deep within. Un-touched.
Still wounded, because we never got the change to feel the emotion, and release it.

Once we start to see the wound and are able to accept and release it,
we also let go of the guilt and shame connected to that wound.
-We then start to see things from a different perspective,
instead of a traumatised perspective.

So every time you feel guilty or shamefulโ€ฆ
Dive deeper and try to figure out where those feelings come from.
There is probably a trauma involved.
Guilt and shame = Trauma.
