Stress affects us ALL, especially the last 12 months.
Stress is what brought you here to this site! Needing a safe place to read & write about thoughts without hearing all the CR@P going on with all the SHEOPLE around me was the reason I came here. It is nice to feel unified, understood, and most importantly --NOT ATTACKED!
You did something productive about your stressful feelings by being here and I applaud you!
Did it ever occur to you to journal about the history you have lived and suffered through the last several years?
Why would you ever want to do that? To record history from your point of view. DOCUMENT! Isnโt that what the Que Research Boards are all about? Dig, Learn and Pray!
Let your family and kids see what was really going on, not what we have been told or led to believe. I challenge you, this is your unique chance.
And, of course, journaling is important to deal with stress. It is a proven fact. Anytime we can take the junk bothering us and transfer it out of our body to let go of or to release frustration we FEEL Better! Some people run, some are adrenaline junkies, some can take a walk.
Journaling is something your Grandkids can read and experience through your eyes and your heart. Add photos, Memes (they will wonder why anons were so clever), talk about the other Patriots who inspired you. Add Que posts and decipher the meanings. Now that we see it all coming true, it is exciting.
Here are some excellent ways I have found to journal to combat your stress.
Write daily for 5 to 15 minutes. Keep it simple to start and let it evolve.
Write about your worries. If we knew the thoughts going on in the minds of the Patriots during the Revolutionary War, our โframersโ and the thoughts of everyday people, we would really have a better understanding. We could point to those ideas when we face sheople who donโt see it. We could point out WHY the stakes are just so high!
Describe whatโs happening now. Give real examples of the struggling going on around you. Talk about the consequences of trying to remove the progress made by President Trump. Who does it hurt and why it matters!
Show how history left unchecked can easily repeat itself.
Talk about your hopes for the future! This is important for you to keep your flame flickering!
Write a stress letter to the other side about how you feel. Write a letter to loved ones who donโt get it yet.

So much change is going on TODAY! We can only expect MORE! To keep from getting bogged down and clouded in the negativity of our fading past lives, I challenge you to make some small changes every day toward good. Your new self and the the new world we face will be better because of it!
