We've been depriving our species of acheiving perfect health for centuries now.
New born babies don't need vaccinations to be healthy and strong.
They just need to be kept attached to the placenta until all the necessary blood and nutrients have been absorbed into the body through the umbilical cord.

A placenta is literally a bag of life, why do you think animals connected to nature and mother earth eat the placenta after birth to restore all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals that was taken from them to grow their offspring?
