I'm watching a video that reminds me......when I was on the road in KY, many, many, many times we all talked about how when we had an uptick in calls w/ an assault, collision, domestic, etc. (and not something explained by multiple incidents with the same suspects like car break-ins or destruction of property), they all seemed to happen in close proximity to each other. The next evening would be the same thing but in another area. Any ideas?
