3rd 77th aniversary of the official ratification of the U.S. Constitution is when England accepted the U.S. goverment with New Hamshire being the Ninth of Thirteen to ratify, but they waited until Saturday for the ceremony that took place on June 21st of 1788 when at Noon the moon was waning 91.91% full thus giving a spectacular birthday for horoscopes and a ritual built into our country's fortune laid by the freemasons of our founsing fathers.
