Okay I have a serious question. I feel in late January/early February I had CV. Of course this was right around the time we were just learning of it and it wasn’t thought to be here in the US yet. I displayed every symptom except a sore throat. My illness lasted weeks and truly was the hardest illness I have ever fought.
I believe I contracted it at a large gathering I attended with 800 people over a course of 10 days. Many of us got sick during and shortly after the event. A friend of mine who was at this event with me, who got sick a week after me has taken the antibody test and tested positive for antibodies.
My question.... should I voluntarily go get tested for antibodies?
Part of me wants to know but a huge part of me say hell no because I am afraid my results will be told to the government and who know where that will lead in the future.
What say you? Should I or shouldn’t I???
