I don't know how long people have been doing this for, but I randomly came across this dental health tip referred to as oil pulling, whereby you take a spoonful of coconut oil and basically melt it in your mouth and start swishing with it like you would mouthwash for up to 10 or 15 minutes at least once daily. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after hearing so many positive testimonials, I decided to give it a shot, and it's honestly a game changer. I encourage anyone struggling with their dental health to look into it. I picked up a little jar of virgin coconut oil for about $5 and its probably going to last me a month or longer 👍😬
I'm one of those people who prefers physical cash to digital currency in the form of debit cards and the sort. Given the talk of a new banking system, I can't help but wonder what the new currency would look like. Would it just be the notes, or is change included in this too? Would we keep the same denominations? If our currency is worth something again, then the $2 will be used again. I am looking forward to the new currency, the new system, and learning all about it. If our currency is valuable again, then the penny will be valuable too. It'll be interesting to see how this happens. Does anyone have any ideas on what the new currency would look like?
