A hairdresser in Deventer was ratted out by his own neighbours because he was cutting people up in his barn.
When "enforcement" arrived, the barber was "caught red-handed". Both the hairdresser and the client received a hefty fine.
The hairdresser from the Rivierenwijk had set up his shed to be able to cut people anyway. Because of these draconian measures, people have not been able to go to the hairdresser for weeks.
The fines? €400 for the client and €4,000 (!) for the hairdresser!
How can you live with yourself as a cop and as local residents to do this. How much lower can you go?
