- The father of outcome-based education is William Spady who is more focused on outcomes. He introduced this modern system of learning in 1994. This system of learning is different from that of a conventional system. The old system was more focused on content within the same class and without other curriculum activities. But outcome-based education system allows students to participate in different activities to enhance their abilities.
