Breakfast, lunch & dinner. Keep a sleep schedule. Limit their access to games and news. Engage, communicate, encourage, comfort & love them.
Everything is used to glorify God. So, while we may want to complain, worry, fear and stress. This time now, today and until this is over will be used to heal this land. Heal your mind. Heal your body. Heal your soul. Heal your relationships.
