I read a report some time ago and can't find it now, that the HAARPs aren't being used in weather modification near as much as the Doppler stations are which are way more numerous. Maybe the HAARPS are mostly a red herring?
Aside from that the govt. obviously trying to kill off large swaths of voters or at least incapacitate them in the heavily red states would warrant the election being put on hold for a bit until we can see to it that all AMERICANS have the ability to vote which they do not at this time. Some areas haven't even gotten the Rep. ballots out yet but no prob for dem. We got the cheats in full force with millions of terrorist illegal alien cells ready to step up to vote. Child sex trafficking is in full force in plain view now.
How in the hell can we hold an fair election now? This is stupid.
