HR 748 (CARES Act - The Corona virus aid, relief and economic security act - CARES Act) was first drafted and presented to the House on 01/24/2019.
The first case of this virus presented in Wuhan in November 2019, and was reported by the WHO in late January 2020 - according to their updated version - as an official health concern).
More than a year later, the CARES act was signed into law, by POTUS, on 03/27/2020.
In 01/01/2014, (see visible link attached here), 'Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development' was published. On page 18, it reads: "Lock Step: A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen push back." It discusses pandemics.
The plain and clear 'planning' and knowing involved prior to the 'pandemic', of those who are now calling the shots, cannot be denied. This is not a theory.
The reason for increased censorship as of late, is not to 'protect the public from bad information', but instead, to protect those who stand to be indicted and prosecuted, for every crime you could name.
