while the inauguration was mostly light to no wind and quite sunny.
this is the weather documented for that day especially for around noon (broken clouds winds 31km/hr gusting). Dos not seem like this was the weather on the video for the swearing in and much of the speeches.

All of our predictions are coming to pass, we have made, for the past few days.

Joe Biden clone will never be president.

Military is arresting high level officials.

EBS is coming any day.

Trumpsara is coming. Money for us already went into accounts.

'Removal' of Pelosi and Pence from Capital means that they have been arrested.

McConnell, Schiff and many more high level swamp creatures have been arrested the past two weeks. They are currently arresting the rest 70% swamp creatures in government all the way down to the school districts.

Have some extra food at home in case you can't go to the grocery store in case of emergency.
