I had the 1st veil of deception ripped off 15 years ago when I learned a decision I had made annihilated my child's health. Researched, studied, shared, educated and have coached in the ways of recovering health with diet and lifestyle every since.
I fell down another rabbit hole several years ago, had my heart ripped out, my brain mashed and puzzle pieced ever since to make sense of everything around us.
Fear and dread has been replaced with calm, confidence and faith.
I've always 'fitted out'. I don't just think outside the box, I burned it long ago.
I LOVE music, dark chocolate, great food, friends & family, jokes that make my eyes squint and my sides hurt from laughing.
