I went into the hospital on Dec. 31st, stayed 7 days, and they told me my mitral valve was leaking profusely, and that all 5 arteries were blocked in my heart as well as my stent. They said I needed open heart surgery and needed my mitral valve replaced with a cow or pig valve. not one doctor would talk to me about medicines I could take or put me on a medicinal plan. Every single doctor acquiesced to the surgeons...every one. They wanted me to follow a dentist in the middle of a snow storm to his office, have all my teeth pulled, and the very next day have open heart surgery with mital valve replacement. I said no.
I quit smoklng on Dec. 31st, got on a medicinal plan - roughly 15 drugs, vitamins, coQ10, calcium, Vit c, aspirin, Clopedigral, Jardiance, Furosemide, Entresto, and carvedilol.
taking all one time per day, exc. magnesium, carvedilol calcium and vit. c. which are taken 2 x day.
Eat at home, buy everything without canola oil or seed oils. Make your own food at home....eat poached, runny yellow, eggs in morning with jelly toast...cut back on sodas. drink lemonaide by MinuteMaid only. drink coffee and iced tea you make at home.
LONG STORY SHORTER, AFTER 6 MONTHS, I took another echocardiogram, and my mitral valve is good, only slighly leaking. My ejection fraction is now 40-45% - which had been 30-35% in hospital. My blood flow is great, and I am healing like you wouldn't believe. We proved the doctors wrong.
